A tentative local agreement was reached between the UGDSB and the OSSTF D18 TBU negotiating team on March 25th, 2024.
Documents related to the tentative local agreement were sent to members on the TBU Email distribution list on Friday April 19th, and will be available at both information meetings.
A virtual information meeting will take place Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024.
An in-person information meeting will take place Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 at the GrandWay Events Centre, 7445 Wellington Road 21, Elora.
Both meetings will begin at 5:00 pm.
Voting will take place on Thursday, April 25th at UGDSB secondary schools and at the OSSTF District 18 Office in Elora (Unit 205 - 294 East Mill Street)

Members who have conflicts on April 25th, work at Branch 10 sites, or are on a leave, may find it helpful to vote at either the District Office in Elora on Wednesday, April 24th, or at a different secondary school location or the District Office on Thursday, April 25th.
If you plan to vote at the District Office or at a location other than your usual secondary school you should switch your voting location by 5pm Tuesday, April 23rd using the link provided in the Local Ratification Voting Procedures document.
