As part of the Negotiated Contract Secondary Teachers may take off up to five (5) unpaid days of absence in each year of the Collective Agreement.

The Unpaid Absence Day Form for Secondary Teachers can be accessed online via UGSupport under the People, Learning and Culture section.  You will need to be logged in using your @ugdsb.on.ca account to access this form.

Please note that requests for a UAD will not normally be considered for the following periods:

* the one (1) week period following the start of each semester

* PA Days

* the week prior to the start of exams

* days during the exam period

* the weeks surrounding March break
