The TBU Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 1, 2024 at the Grandway Events Centre in Elora.
This years meeting will include elections for the positions of TBU President, TBU Treasurer, TBU AMPA 2025 Delegates, and TBU District 18 AGM 2024 Delegates. If interested in running for any of the above positions, nominations must be submitted to the Nominations Committee Chairperson, Rebecca Grimes, by Wednesday April 17th, 2024.
Any member proposing a change to the TBU Constitution or By-Laws must submit their motions to Parliamentary Chairperson Amy Reinders by Monday April 1st, 2024 in order to be considered on-time. Please note that late motions require a higher vote approval.
Members interested in attending as a voting delegate should speak to their Branch President for more information. Members wishing to attend as a non-voting observer should email Parliamentary Chairperson Amy Reinders.
